“I continue to really love him. I’m not obsessed about him,” the most cliche of cliches—so much such that it appears to be a cop-out. What does that even suggest? What’s the simple difference between “love” and “in love”?
We don’t think it’s fundamentally a cop-out. I do think it’s the essential difference between “love” and “like.”
